Try your shoes at home. If the size is too tight or too loose, tell us within 7 days and we will dispatch a replacement size.
Eligibility
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery by phone, WhatsApp or from your account
- Shoes must be unworn outdoors, with the box and tags
- Exchange for another size or another design of equal value
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. If we cannot replace a faulty pair, we issue store credit for the full amount.
